Golden Visa Italy provides advisory services for the Italy Investor Visa program: eligibility assessment, document preparation assistance, guidance on investment options, and application process support. Our services are advisory in nature; we do not guarantee visa approval. All decisions are made by Italian immigration authorities.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, a non-EU/EEA/Swiss citizen, have sufficient financial resources, a clean criminal record, valid health insurance, and provide accurate information. We may decline services if eligibility is not met.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, submit documents in a timely manner, comply with laws, pay agreed fees, and use our services only for lawful purposes.
4. Fees
Advisory fees are communicated before engagement. Our fees do not include government application fees, investment amounts, third-party legal fees, translation or notarization costs, or travel expenses.
5. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
We do not guarantee that you will receive an Italy Investor Visa. Visa decisions are made solely by Italian authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Visa Italy shall not be liable for visa denials, processing delays, changes in law, investment losses, or indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and will not disclose it except as necessary to provide services, comply with law, or as set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
